This is a new one. I called Delta about our flights home to Atlanta due to the hurricane, and it said "Your wait time is 40 minutes, or you can chat via text for a wait time of 0 minutes." I elected for the chat, and immediately got this text: "Your estimated wait time is 4980 seconds."

Dear reader, that is eighty of God's own minutes.
