While it’s boring talking of the other place here, the people leaving it accelerated this shift. What concerned me wasn’t the right wing shift, I mean most Western governments are going full fash, but we didn’t stop voting. It’s because our voices were silenced, so it’s no longer a fair fight.

Not for nothing, but I think a lot of people have wrongly settled on “Twitter became a right-wing cesspool because all the cool people left” instead of “All the cool people left because Twitter became a right-wing cesspool.”
