Also I cannot stress enough here the go fuck yourselves part, because the staff did not even apologise or try to help us in any way whatsoever with finding a new room for the night. They could not have given the slightest shit lol.

Yesterday our hotel tried to take payment like 1 hour before we arrived and it declined (probably a bank security thing) so they just gave our room away to someone else - the LAST ROOM IN THE HOTEL - and when we arrived at 8.30pm with our BABY we were basically told to go fuck ourselves.
