Three interviews in the bank—do you edit them one at a time, or batch the same editing pass across all three?

I wish I had a schedule to share! My ideal is that I record a set, and edit them individually over the following weeks. This, if achieved, does run the danger of a big time gap between recording and releasing, which doesn't feel right for my guest
