Ok but Sanchez is also the one who didn't want to rearm because "Russia will not invade the Pyrenees". His support to Ukraine is one of the lowest of all Europe. He doesn't want to buy US weapons but he doesn't want to buy European weapons either.

That quote was taken out of context, also by the the 🇺🇸publication above. It's a literal fact the Russia isn't going to cross the Pyrenees, but Sanchez wasn't saying that means they don't need to invest in 🇪🇺defence. In fact 🇪🇸 just mobilised €6.9bn for its *own* weapons company Indra.
