NGL, watching Bluesky bully a software developer for using AI makes a part of me question whether some of the worst people that I don’t agree with on much of anything are right about this place.

There is interesting AI discussion and activity here, but there's also a vocal group of folks opposed to AI that will occasionally lock in on someone and dogpile. Rick (paint dot net) was today's target. I think because the users of that program are mostly artists. The dogpiling is unfortunate.

There was but apparently only among us software people? This is news to me in the few hours between when I pinged on Twitter and now. 🤣

On the bright side a few days ago I wondered if there was anyone still here and now my phone is lighting up. Not exactly what I had in mind. 🤣
