Paul Blume/FOX9 is in the courtroom where ICE Agent Gregory Morgan, Jr. is on the stand crying. He's accused of pointing his gun at another driver in a road rage incident and is trying to move his case to federal court.

He denies that he pointed his gun at a driver. He claims he was driving with one hand on the wheel while pointing his Glock at his penis. The incident occurred about 10 days after the killing of Alex Pretti and Renee Good prior to that.
