There is currently an ongoing issue which has taken down both dblp servers (dblp.org and dblp.uni-trier.de). We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We are actively working on resolving the issue and we will keep you informed. ~MRA

The servers have become a bit more stable, but they are still under a lot of stress. You should be able to work with the servers again, but please expect further outages today. ~MRA
