I’m new to watching World Cup & soccer but it seemed to me that the announcers were rooting hard for Egypt yesterday - they were 60 minutes in & up by one & the one announcer was ready to go home, game done & dusted. Granted, they went on to score another but 30+ minutes was a lot of play left

JP has been covering the World Cup since 1990 and is one of the few American sports commentators who is actually knowledgeable about ⚽. No need to be an ass just because you didn't like his commentary during one game.
