I put a couple hours into PROF-MAN from Prof's Arcade. I would call it a horror version of PAC-MAN, but PAC-MAN is already the horror version of PAC-MAN.

PROF-MAN is a bad title and it doesn't really do enough with the horror theme. It replaces the fruit with knives and chainsaws. The power pellet is sometimes a beating heart. That's about it. Also, you'll occasionally die for no reason and there are only a few mazes. Huge missed opportunity.
