That's how we win and a great example! The way to fight back in a nation of laws is to donate to organizations that hire lawyers to file & win lawsuits against these Nazi bastards. So donate BIGLY to the ACLU, Democracy Forward, FFRF, etc. Otherwise this is all just complaining on Bluesky

The plaintiffs are all pro se. No licensed attorney would have brought this case. It was a well worded, but factually flawed, pleading. Obviously some attorney or attorneys did the drafting. Dismissed on a 12(b)(6) motion within four months of being filed.

Isn’t there a way to start killing these bullshit lawsuits before they get off the ground and waste everyone’s time and resources? Why don’t we have laws that work like anti SLAPP suits? We need laws that shut this shit down and require the bad faith actor to be punished. Or these will never end!

Is it a violation of the Privacy Act or another law to demand the Federal Government issue IDs to every voting American? Either at the booth at time of registration, when individual turns 18 or if an individual opts out of getting a driver's license or can't get a driver's license due to ageing out?
