You know what pissed me off about the Ramaswamy ad beyond the obvious grotesqueries? There’s no EVIDENCE disputing Acton’s life story. There are court proceedings backing up her story. And all Ramaswamy’s got is the (accused) mother saying “nu uh” and somehow that’s enough? FOR THE REPUBLICAN PARTY

And then there's this: The settlement gets sweeter for Team Trump In a newly-posted, one-page document, the Justice Dept details that it is now prohibited from pursuing tax claims against Trump or his family in the future Signed by Todd Blanche

There is no settlement. No matter how much and how often Trump and the DoJ say this is a settlement, the judge in the case says otherwise.

DOJ demanded voter files from all 50 states. DOJ sued 31 states for refusing their demand. My law firm intervened to protect voters in those cases. DOJ is now 0-5. My firm is 5-0. Lesson: When we fight we win.

My team and I have been anticipating this for months. It is unconstitutional and illegal. The media should note: Last time he issued an EO about voting, we sued and won. If Trump issues such an order we will sue again and we will win again.

Breaking WaPo: Pro-Trump activists who say they are in coordination with the White House are circulating a 17-page draft executive order that claims China interfered in the 2020 election as a basis to declare a national emergency that would unlock extraordinary presidential power over voting.

In the criminal justice system, snowball-based offenses are considered especially heinous. In New York City, the dedicated detectives who investigate these vicious felonies are members of an elite squad known as the Special Snowball Unit. These are their stories. 🚓

NEW — I dug into the story of ICE abducting a 13-year-old boy in Massachusetts and moving him 500 miles across state lines without notifying his mother, local cop's complicity, and how the federal government's justification for such cruelty is already falling apart:
