Let's hope courts and judges continue to support the constitution and not the dump regime.

It took so long because the City doesn’t have a huge Constitutional attorney pool of employees. It’s not a state, it doesn’t have those resources. It’s must become a state. No taxation without representation.

City resources ≠ Harvard endowment and access to best lawyers.
