This should get tossed sua sponte on "no case or controversy" or conflict of interest grounds. The president cannot be allowed to sue an entity that he controls, which would be defended by another entity that he also controls. Also, the minimum requirements for an adversarial action cannot be met.

He said many times he was going to release his tax returns. So, how was he harmed to the tune of 10 billion when he intended for them to be public anyway? He wasn't. No case. But he'll get a payout of our taxes anyway when he orders the IRS to "settle". And the thieving goes on in broad daylight!

To all the Republicans waking up saying they didn’t know Trump would do all this, when u vote, don’t just realize Trump mislead u, but every single republican in congress said nothing & let him. He'll never go to court. It's his DOJ and Treasury. They will pay out before ANY documentation is produced. Law and order is nothing these people recognize beyond a TV show...

This is GREAT news...Trumps wants a win...without one, he is going to continue to lash out, and people are getting hurt...so let him sue, and sue, and sue. And keep the process going for as long as possible...
