Oregon has had full VBM since '98. Only way to go. We get information pamphlets on measures and people running, then in a few weeks we get the ballots, then we have awhile to fill them out. We can mail, drop off or put in designated boxes. We can track online to make sure it was counted.

My 83 year old husband I vote 20 miles from our rural home. If we have to join hands and hobble on foot to vote, we will be there, birth certificates, passports, marriage certificate, farm deed in hand if we have to. We will vote.

Just for the record, because we all know grump will do whatever he wants whether it's legal or not, the Federal Government is not in charge of elections and should not be interfering in the mailing or processing of ballots. But then if you don't have a hand in it you can't CHEAT as easily.

Which is why they want to take the ballots. They can check who voted for whom and intimidate registered Republicans who voted D to state publicly their vote was altered a/o to blackmail the same with public exposure of their vote if they don’t do “something.”
