So riddle me this: If treason = the act of war against the USnation or providing tangible aid to its enemies, isn't withholding DHS funding meant for preventing terrorism an act of treason? On the other hand, impeachment, conviction, & prison would fix that treason business right quick.

There Are Already Court Orders In Place That Deny The President The Ability To Block Funding To States Over Extortionary Demands. Actually There Is Like 17 Federal Court Rulings On That Topic.
