Article 1 Section 8 Clause 7 Congress has power 2 Establish Post Offices, Roads 4 mail 2B transported, Routes clarified in 1876 Kohl v. US. Transportation is Not Elections

So some loophole Harry comes up with a way to circumvent the constitution and federal statutes that allows the postal service to hold power over a significant role in the election process? And America lays down and lets the USPS roughshod over a voting process that has been used forever?
