Doesn't the burden of proving these are not legal voters fall to the accuser? It seems like if CA can prove one of the submitted names is, in fact, a legal voter then the whole list would be presumed to be invalid since they just disenfranchised someone. It's not accurate.

It's amazing that the DOJ can find 20k non-citizens that are registered to vote in California, yet they can't find anyone other than Jeffrey Epstein in the Epstein files to look into regarding sex trafficking and pdfing.
