I thought there was a plan . It's Not sounding like there is one . Why can't the courts stop him from illegally and unconstitutionally seizing the votes ? Can't he be challenged in court?

Apparently there’s a side to Newsom that has been tucked away. I read what I assume to be his reason for opposing taxing billionaires…but it doesn’t make sense. I guess that he’s pro-Citizens United.
