States go through a legally prescribed vetting process for each potential voter before registering that person. The DOJ should be required to document the step-by-step process it uses to determine ineligibility, and to provide results of each step, for each voter, in detail, to the state.

Since Trump personally uses mail-in voting, voters can confidently adopt the exact same process. He attempts to prove noncitizen voting based purely on superficial criteria like foreign-sounding names. Most of these citizens are second-, and even third-generation families born here. 3/

A few months ago a right winger came to California from Arizona & tried to vote illegally just so he could go & say he did it. I don’t know if he was arrested but he said he was living here in California & do the poll watchers asked for his ID, Birth Certificate. He said he didn’t have it. So they/

asked him for his Social Security number & he got all bent out of shape. They said they could give him a provisional ballot & it would count after they verified him as a Californian. He was pissed &he didn’t wa to give back the provisional ballot. I don’t know if he was arrested. But that’s maga 4 u

So before 3rd December the Judge is suggesting it will be known how many of the 20,000 actually voted and those who did can have their voting eligibility investigated. Transgressors can be prosecuted and unlawful votes discounted. What about those legitimate voters intimidated from turning out?
