The thing that made multi-agent review actually pay off for me was a falsifier pass: a separate agent whose only job is to disprove each finding against the diff. That did more for precision than adding more reviewers ever did.

Any suggestions how to do this best?

We do this at my company. It's great, but it needs to get drastically cheaper with time!
