Been a tad quiet lately - I've had my head down on my extraction fps! The extraction loop with missions, inventory system with attachments is working (1000s of weapon combos), new ray-based audio (atmospheric af). It's getting more fun to play now too 😆 #godotengine #gamedev #indiedev #godot

1000s of weapon attachment combos sounds great in the store page but brutal to balance. did you cap attachment slots per weapon class or leave the ceiling fully open?

Attachments are tiered per weapon, and higher tier weapons come with their own trade-offs: fewer slots, slower fire rate, slower to manoeuvre etc. Still plenty to tune, but the goal is letting players hunt for the perfect parts for their playstyle.
