FWIW, RobinHood, which recently added sports betting, very aggressively pushes margin borrowing. To the point where it’s actually hard to see how much cash you have, because the main item is “buying power”, which includes margin borrowing.

There’s whole “predictions” section, which is basically a clone of Kalshi.

RH actually contracts with Kalshi for many markets and tacks on their own fee.
