Even Wes Streeting - who can be a little, err, slippery at times - suggests that US mid-terms may explain the Trump/Putin diesel deal. Great to have Derbyshire on #BBCLauraK today, and with an FT ed cutting through the BS it's like a grown-up version of the show.
