Update on this. Apparently the bill just passed the House... 409-2. So, uh, yeah. A ton of Dems just gave the Trump FTC more power to censor the internet. Great job guys.

Disappointing to see @aoc.bsky.social, who had raised serious concerns with the bill in its current form, and how the FTC would abuse it... then vote for it. No votes were Massie (who votes down everything) and Burlison (no idea who that is). clerk.house.gov/evs/2025/rol...

Definitely above zero! But it's always a bit of a crapshoot. I think a sane court would call out the unconstitutional parts. But we have a lot of less-than-sane folks on the bench these days. I do think a strong challenge could succeed though.
