like, do I actually want to daily drive Windows 95? Fuck no, for several reasons. Do I think we've lost something with so many abstraction layers? Yeah, kinda.

I am still rather upset about the step from windows 7 to 10. 7 I could pare down to having nothing running while it was idling and that was the last version of windows to be like that.
