So uh, is anyone looking to hire a developer with an uncomfortable amount of knowledge about #atproto and #activitypub, experience building from scratch and running a social network (@ludumdare.com), hacking on GPU drivers/network protocols/the Linux kernel, plus a couple decades as a pro gamedev? 🤷

Shit... no job. Ah well, you can't say I didn't try. 🤷

I've been trying to get out of the "building video games" niche, applying for jobs with Linux distro/OS companies, a social network (😉), even a few web browser companies, but nada. 🤷 Well not nada, but IT SUCKS getting a big fat nope after weeks/months of back and fourths. 🥲💜

Ugh… I hate to hear that. I’m all too familiar with being turned away at every opportunity even though I literally built the thing a company is hiring for. It’s infuriating. I’ll boost, and I really hope you can find something soon. ❤️
