That has not been my experience thus far, except insofar as it's "about" humans when it does things like use my art without my consent in its training data.

but i am curious about your beliefs, do you believe a company like nintendo or disney should always be able to sue you simply because you may have possed their work at some time

I believe that the very loose Creative Commons license that I used to register my art should be respected by other artists and corporations alike. That is what I am asking for, and the tech companies have violated that repeatedly. Am I asking for too much?

as we argue that only art styles which are done in a approved able bodied are the only kind that are valid and attack things like transcription technology we both attack the right to transformation but also dehumanize disabled individuals like the person featured and myself who express art that way

free culture by lawrence lessig is a good book on that seperate topic archive.org/details/free... but one of the issues with this movement as a whole is it is also heavily disenfranchising disabled individuals too

in fact even fan art and the usage of facts could be under threat if we make things too maximalist. After all, think about even your profile right there, did you obtain explicit consent for it

I am not asking for maximalism; I used a creative commons license. What I am asking for is for them to *respect the already existing creative commons license*, not to expand licensing or copyright in any fashion. Just adhere to the one we ALREADY HAVE.

The majority of people using it are humans interecting with it in depth. Much of ai art isnt even created the way you describe and we should actually be a bit concerned about he increased advocacy for copyright maxlism because it really protects corporartions like disney more than it does small art
