Mozart first. He's the favourite composer of both plants and animals so his music transcends species barriers. Then maybe some AC/DC and some Dolly Parton to illustrate some of the vastness of the range of the category 'music'.

Music is too broad a subject to be introduced with just one composer. It's not that simple a concept.
