While the super cool ones have likely mapped out our universe’s entire timeline and know more than we ever will, there’s always a chance the slow ones [from “within” this universe] get here [on Earth] first. If they do, I’m hitting them with this catchy thing 😅: youtu.be/M11SvDtPBhA

The album is amazing, considering it is from 1981 it still sounds so prescient. The best gig of my life was seeing them, with my long suffering wife, perform it in 3D at Sydney Opera House...

Specifically, Shawn Phillips “Second Contribution”! (In case the aliens don’t have time to listen to more than 1 album) 😁

Wait I change my answer, WiseGuys on Mars or whatever that meme song is, just to shit and giggle. They'll already kill us for the whole capitalism thing anyway

If an alien landed and asked me: ‘What is music?’ I would deduce that they are not an alien capable of discovering earth and wonder why some clod was pretending to be one.

Mozart first. He's the favourite composer of both plants and animals so his music transcends species barriers. Then maybe some AC/DC and some Dolly Parton to illustrate some of the vastness of the range of the category 'music'.
