I already have the new “Accessible UX Research” book by Dr Michele A. Williams, classics such as the „Web Accessibility Cookbook“ by @matuzo.at, and “Inclusive Components” by @heydonworks.com and having an eye on the “Practical Accessibility” course by @sarasoueidan.com 👀

One book that comes to mind aside the resources you've already mentioned is "Designing User Interfaces for an Aging population - Towards Universal Design" by Jeff Johnson and Kate Finn. The to be released second edition is called "Designing Technology for an Aging Population"
