Another video has surfaced showing what appears to be the moment of the strike in Lviv. The impacts resemble the 2024 strike on Dnipro, where Russia used an Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missile without an explosive charge, relying on kinetic force alone.

There seem to be no detonations on the ground? Are they still using inert warheads just for the light show? Because besides deep holes, those can't do much damage...

The real deal is nukes; if they use nukes, they will discover how easy it is to make a plutonium based 15kt device small enough to be snuck aboard a truck into one of their cities... I suppose it is more useful to agitate the westoid peaceniks and useful idjits that will scream in agony and fear.
