Another video has surfaced showing what appears to be the moment of the strike in Lviv. The impacts resemble the 2024 strike on Dnipro, where Russia used an Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missile without an explosive charge, relying on kinetic force alone.

It's an useless wundweraffe, in the sense its capability without a warhead is probably worse than an iskander; while costing several times more. this was launched slowly to try to save face after a week of huge L.

The real deal is nukes; if they use nukes, they will discover how easy it is to make a plutonium based 15kt device small enough to be snuck aboard a truck into one of their cities... I suppose it is more useful to agitate the westoid peaceniks and useful idjits that will scream in agony and fear.

It probably has good penetration power, however its CEP is bad and without a warhead, its probably only good to destroy something like a small underground cavern. assuming it hits it. if it had good CEP, it could be a valuable weapon, but given its costs, its nothing more than a propaganda tool.

So, what? Your're saying they just don't wanna waste the warhead, cuz it really makes no difference since they can't hit anything anyway? If that's correct, it's just one more *amazing* indication of how stupid, incompetent, and lost these Nazi morons are.

I'm not an expert, but I'll give my educated guess. The missile is designed to deliver nukes, which are very heavy, but don't occupy a large volume. Whatever payload they use needs to match very closely (I can't say what the margin would be) the designed weight and volume of the nuclear warheads the

missile was designed around. I'm guessing that they don't have an existing conventional explosive/warhead/payload that meets the missiles payload criteria. They do, however have dummy loads used for testing the missile during development.

Basically, Putin's throwing a temper tantrum over Maduro's arrest and the shadow fleet tanker seizures. And his only real option to demonstrate a show of force is more nuclear sabre rattling.
