Back in my day we didn’t have unions. We just had to suck it up and work harder. These days kids cry to their mommies when they don’t like their job. Sad!

There were unions in the USA in the 1800's. You apparently don't live in the United States or you are over 140 years old.

Probably depends on which state you are in and what type of work you are forced into. I was in Wisconsin for 44 years (-5 in Oregon) and never came across any job where there was a union.

I can tell when my Wash Post drivers is on vacation because I actually receive my paper on those days. It's a damned good thing that I don't care about the paper version except to start charcoal. That said, I'll skip the website tomorrow in support of you and your coworkers.
