I worked at a laserdisc store when HOME ALONE came out and we played it on a loop for three weeks. When I hear Catherine O'Hara yell "Kevin!," I get an involuntary twitch like Herbert Lom hearing someone mention Clouseau.

I worked in a theater when the following films were huge hits, Footloose, Beverly Hills Cop, Ghostbusters and Good Morning Vietnam among other great movies that I NEVER WANT TO WATCH AGAIN!!! Dirty fucking Dancing gives me PTSD

We had DIRTY DANCING for almost a year. It had been out on video for months, and we still had it playing on our second smallest screen. There were two ladies who saw it two or three times a week the entire time it played.

So you know….the struggle is real.😂 I worked in another theater in the early 00’s which was a 14 screen multiplex in a “urban” district outside of Chicago. We had Soul Plane on 3 screens for 6 weeks……SOUL PLANE!😱😂
