He continues to push - I do not put it past him to plant violent 'protesters' amongst peaceful protesters. I also think the ICE raids are meant to incite violence and he continues to push. His end goal - whether a protest or a raid - is violence so that he can declare martial law & suspend elections

The problem is that the MSM outlets won’t even bother to broadcast these protests unless there is violence. If there’s violence, it’ll be so that trump can call for martial law & really turn us into a full blown fascist police state. And I would put $ on it that this is the regime’s ultimate plan.

If everyone acts as if anyone doing more than clever signs at approved protests is a violent agitator, then there's no point. If any real resistance is "playing into Trump's hand", then there's no point in resisting. You're either impotent or serving him if you believe that. You aren't Gandhi.

Real protesting is disruptive, it interrupts what the state is trying to do. YOU MIGHT GET IN TROUBLE. Showing up with a clever sign then running the moment YOU might face consequences... that's just going to a political rally. Are you fighting, or just performing with a clever sign?

It’s not a strong enough base of people willing with violence and consequences. Considering people are being detained for posting negative shit about the administration while hopping planes for vacation though… So what’s the solution that doesn’t get chunks important of people kidnapped?

What you're advocating is to do that in advance, as opposed to spreading what is already happening: people pushing back with collective strength when possible in a variety of ways.

Peaceful protests only work if the opposition has a conscience. And they're only tolerated until they're not.

Effective protests aren’t always peaceful. Be careful who you label an infiltrator.

I posted this or similar message this morning. Stating on 6/14, especially in DC, to be on the alert for people in our marches stirring up trouble and causing division. They are moles/insurgents/agents of the right amongst us. They want us under martial law and curfews

Wasn't that hard to monitor CB transmissions to figure out where the agitators were staging and follow them till they started destroying businesses. But hey, didn't need to destroy our city to get Card Carrying Proud Boy, presidential hopeful Sheriff Bianco to kneel in protest with us.

You’all assuming law enforcement is on our side. Remember BLM? Read a bit of protest history; look to law enforcement recent response to protest against genocide in Gaza. Then get back to the idea of protest & resistance.

Excellent solution. I’ve also been advocating for filming in most areas at any given time to live stream possible police brutality. Consistently so you don’t have to hear the bull about… “well the woman had to do something the be brutally handled (unarmed) by 6 cops.
