My Jupiter storm: nuclear edition. I had the surgery, removing bits and parts. I feel like i list to the side while i walk but im sure i will even up in time. Next step is getting radiation. I shouldnt have watched Oppenheimer before this next adventure. I only hope i dont glow in the dark.

my Jupiter Storm: the bell Finished my chemo last week. There is a bell at the cancer entrance. Tradition to ring it but I dont like attention. Until. The nurse said that some there are on longer term chemo and it would be an encouragement. I rang the bell and heard cheers. Worth it for them.

Um…. Maybe i shouldnt bring this up. Price of gas and all the other worries we have but… Is anyone checking to see if the criminal “illegals” are still eating our cats and dogs? It was epidemic at some point and i had hoped maybe ICE can do some investigating. I think they are capable of that job

Relaunch after first stage; my Jupiter Storm 4th and final chemo tomorrow. I really miss my hair. My remaining duck fluff makes my laugh like my remaining hair is trying too hard. Radiation next stage and wondering if I’m going to look like a nite light at night. So the journey/fight goes on…

Update: My Jupiter Storm I continue my journey, my fight. Third chemo and doing well. Unexpectedly, i have become an emotional locus for others. I get confessions and tales of sadness. Loss and some tales of regrets. I listen and offer compassionate comments. I understand and i don’t judge.

You notice that the criminal-in-charge who sues everyone for everything is drop dead quiet about this. Says a lot.

My Jupiter Storm; mini tragedies. Good news - nurses encouraged me to eat calories, eat what i want. Gather calories like flowers in the spring. Reality - i bought a lovely slice of new york cheesecake. I lusted for it with no regret felt. Tasted like play-dough. Sigh. The universe ain’t fair.

My Jupiter Storm: Reactions to my headwear is interesting. Some see it with knowledge. Sad looks of companion memories- loved ones lost, pain felt themselves, worry that they too might face their own storm. Some may even feel superstition that they could be pulled into the storm. I get this. Sigh

My Jupiter Storm saga continues. A surprising side note to losing my hair. It seems that the birds are using my hair for their nests. I wonder if any bird watchers will see an increase in blonde colored constructions? At least i was able to give something for recycling to nature. 🥷

I feel the need to share my new challenge. MJS 1st contact I remembered once, i saw a group of the planets in our solar system. All beautiful and unique. I saw a huge black spot on Jupiter i learned later was a storm. Huge. Powerful. Massive. I now have my own storm. It’s called cancer.

I did my protest shopping today: Grocery shopping at employee owned stores. Shopped at thrift store. Dumpster dived to reclaim things still useful. Enjoyed not supported big business vampires.
