Considering that many physicians work with education facilities. I am not sure how they think they can superseded university directives through a residency and fellowship. I also have not seen directive filter down yet, not to say there won’t be an email trying to explain this away.

This has to be sued on. When I review contracts with our attorneys they always say (and I forget language) that you have to be explicit in inclusions or exclusions. So you can’t say “well, we can deny services to people with blue eyes because it doesn’t say we can’t”. Still, a big mess.
