Democracy has already ceased to exist. You have people being arrested without probable cause, imprisoned without due process, Congress might as well be dissolved, DOJ and SCOTUS is a joke at best, and corporate America comes bearing gifts and praise for the dear leader. Sound democratic to you?

That moment would have been when SCOTUS came out with the immunity ruling. Democracy cannot exist if all men are not equal under the law. That ruling retroactively aborted this nation at its inception. We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal… not no more.
