“He was a lifelong Democrat who had voted for Trump for the first time in 2024, reasoning that things weren’t getting better, so why not try something different.” This may sound harsh, but this truck driver SHOULD be haunted for the rest of his life. He deliberately chose his fate.

⅓ of the voting eligible chose Trump. Another ⅓ fought him. The last chose not to vote, for non-uniform reasons. Put all 3 of these together and we don’t have 100% of who could vote if they were registered & informed, plus those whose right to vote was taken away due to prison sentences.
