Vancouver and Vancouver Island and the Pacific Coast in Canada have no seismic stations. I have read that Canada is dependent upon the US for seismic warnings. And I fervently hope that is not the case.

We aren't able to use every seismometer out there for these, so most Canadian stations aren't included. www.earthquakescanada.nrcan.gc.ca/stndon/wf-fo... There is collaboration and data-sharing on the two warning systems, but NRCan runs its own. www.earthquakescanada.nrcan.gc.ca/eew-asp/faq-...
