? While I'm sure it would go way over my head, I wish the article even *slightly* explained how instead of just talking at length about the fact that it was "done" while quoting people. If multiple people roll identical dice, no matter how many sides, there's still a chance of ties

They’re not identical — they’re numbered with a sequence that is shared across all five, in a distribution that mathematically allows for equal likelihood of rolling highest. They link to EH’s site:
