is Paula Fletcher not running for reelection? She hasn't filed yet, has a few days still, but seems odd as she's the only incumbent not registered without a stated reason www.toronto.ca/city-governm...

Most worried that this remains undeclared (and unclarified) for the purpose of discouraging challengers who would fear incumbent advantage, to have a last-minute Fletcher-tied and anointed candidate, much as Layton himself anointed Fletcher as the successor he wanted (and NIMBYism carried on).
