Back when you posted this I looked up some article which mentioned those lawsuits. I'm not sure how I got to that article, but I did find one. But now it seems I can't find any article about these lawsuits.

Gotta love a failed public private partnership on this scale of funding. Wonder what the taxpayers will be on the hook for. Data centres are disasters.

Hopefully the first of many dominoes. Let ‘em fall.
