Also people think websites are information/speech when in fact they are machines that generate, process, and distribute said information/speech and can have limited resources that can be exhausted with abusive scrapers.

journalists don't need to scrape the web to do their jobs. If they do, then I don't want to read their "journalism". Journalists understand attribution. AI companies do not.
