Yeah this totally is not creepy at all..... Disguising one as a "traffic cone" or whatever the fuck you call those things, is extremely shitty behavior. Fuck this shit. Burn it.

So if you accidentally reversed into one, thinking it was soft but it didn't move, who is liable for the damage? And if it's mobile and you happen to hit it hard enough to knock it into the river, they can't really complain because they're choosing to hide it. Not that anyone should do that.
