The thing is I don't know anyone who has voted yet. I and those I've asked are waiting a couple of days to hopefully avoid long waits. At this point that might not materialize. I have a folding chair in my trunk

And Bexar and Tarrant might not be above the line, but they had a higher turnout on day 2 than day 1 (and day 1 was high), which is quite an anomaly!
