Since critical infrastructure is now depending on the protocol, have ya'll sorted out the desync error that results in all messages in a group chat becoming voided? It's been an issue for well north of a year, happened to my husband most recently. I've been blessed with never encountering it.

It's the element client, all they did was log out, and then log back in the next day. This issue remains unresolved for other users in my group chat as well, I'm not sure how you don't know about it as seems to be commonly reported. It seemingly happens at random for some users, not related to keys

is this on web/desktop, iOS or Android? if on mobile, is this Element Classic or Element X? what does “voided” look like? is the message history undecryptable? is this after verifying the device by entering the recovery key or confirming the login on another device? just trying to narrow it down.

Desktop Element. It was the "Unable to Decrypt Message" bug, it actually just happened when I had hubby pull the application up, now on a temporary basis. If he scrolled up to see the chat history where the error happened, then scrolled down, the new messages suddenly do the bug until changing room
