I love how well you're monitoring the ICE bags and using legal whistling! I'm also very concerned about the drinking--which explains a lot. ICE everywhere BEHAVES as if it's drunk! Jimmy's doesn't sell food; It sounds like ICE was drunk driving. Did you or anyone report them to the police?
