After 4 requests for changes which I rebutted with evidence, or rejected and justified, they withdrew my presentation The impasse? “individuals who have endorsed or employed coercive practices have presented at past IATCs and may be doing so again in Taiwan” I gave evidence this is true

So, apparently accepted abstracts are later reviewed with the program chair demanding many changes I suspect US-based colleagues read the abstract, worry that they will be named, & pressured the chair I will name no-one, yet their reaction does suggest they recognise themselves in the problem
